Jessica Mason works for the National Partnership for Women & Families, a nonprofit public policy and advocacy organization based in D.C. Jessica leads the team's research and data analysis, tracks policy-relevant research from other organizations and academia, and develops publications and resources to support the Partnership's campaigns to win fair and safe workplaces and a more just and family-friendly economy. An alum of the UW Anthropology Department, Jessica finished her PhD in 2015.
