A 30-minute presentation by Pamela Martin, University of Chicago, is followed by a 30-minute discussion. Martin will speak on topics related to assessing the energy efficiency and greenhouse gases associated with food from small-scale, diversified farms. Please join for a reception with tea and cookies after the talk for a chance to speak with Professor Martin.
