Cooking, Colonization, and Conversations x All of Us

In collaboration with the All of Us Research Program, we bring you a communal dinner that confronts the impacts of colonization on APIDA foodways and its impact on our cultures and health. In coming together, we seek to engage in a discussion that uncovers the origins of many food dishes we know and love today.

This is an official APIDA Heritage Month event organized by the APIDA Heritage Month Planning Committee, which is part of the Multicultural Student Center.
