McPherson ERI Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD) Update

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) affects many throughout Wisconsin, with limited treatments available. Researchers at UW-Madison's McPherson Eye Research Institute are working on innovative new therapies for this disease, and will talk about their work and take questions on AMD and related topics at a free, layperson-oriented AMD update at the Lawrence University Music-Drama Center in Appleton. UW speakers will include Drs. David Gamm, Aki Ikeda, Amitha Domalpally, and Michael Altaweel.
