Towards a Psychological Science of Racism: From Prejudice to Structures

The first Institute for Diversity Science seminar of the fall will feature Phillip Atiba Solomon, the Chair and Carl I. Hovland Professor of African American Studies and Professor of Psychology at Yale University and founder of the Center for Policing Equity. The research Solomon will present aims to provide both the beginnings of a psychological science of racism beyond prejudice, and a framework that may be useful to the broader field.
