The Fall 2023 Elder-in-Residence, November 6-10, will be Ms. Karen Washinawatok, Former Director of the Menominee Language and Culture Commission.
The Elder-in-Residence program seeks to provide students with access to crucial cultural resources, to strengthen partnerships between Tribal Nations and the University, and to improve the campus experience and retention of Native students.
