Glass and Material-Based Arts Environments as Third Teacher

This panel discussion explores how material-based arts environments function as the “third teacher” across a variety of learning programs. Our panel of organizers, activists, and teaching artists include three UW-Madison Glass Lab alumni. These individuals bring their training in glass to their current work in youth arts education in a wide variety of educational environments across the nation, meeting young creatives where they’re at in building lives of meaning for themselves.
