Division of Continuing Studies: Nonprofit Development

Systems thinking is a way to see beyond isolated events to deeper patterns, connections and root causes that confront nonprofit organizations and communities. In this workshop we use a variety of exercises, worksheets and assessment tools to introduce principles, approaches and tools of systems thinking, and to practice applying them to problems.
