A new report from National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, & Medicine examines the causes of intergenerational poverty & its impact on families, communities, & the nation as a whole. Four members of the committee will discuss their findings on what data-driven policies & practices can interrupt this cycle that has negatively affected the health, well-being, & educational & employment outcomes of generations in some households, particularly those of low-income people of color.
