Description
If you have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and would like to learn more about IBS and your health, this workshop is for you!
This 90-minute workshop is co-taught by a primary care medical provider and a registered dietitian nutritionist. The workshop will cover symptoms, diagnosis and treatment options for IBS including practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies for college students.
