In this two-day workshop you learn how to interview abusers on their substance use, soften their defenses and use Motivational Enhancement techniques. Also learn group facilitation skills and other strategies for working more effectively with substance abusers. The workshop continues on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 9 a.m-4 p.m.
