2024 HR Learning Series

The HR Learning Series is a free virtual series that provides an encore of popular presentations from the HR@UW Conference. The hour-long seminars are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month. The May session, Failing to Succeed: Leveraging Failure to Improve and Innovate, will challenge common conceptualizations about failure and discuss best practices for reframing. The session is informed by the work of Amy Edmondson, Harvard Business School, and scientists from the Science of Team Science.
