Division of Continuing Studies: Mediation and Conflict Resolution

At this two-day workshop you learn the principles of the mediation process and the skills and techniques needed to help individuals resolve conflict cooperatively. Unit 1 covers basic techniques, understanding conflict and diagnosing disputes, and developing skills for resolving conflict. Completion of both units meets the required 25 hours of mediation training for Wisconsin Chapter 767. You are encouraged to take both units. Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Oct. 6-7, 9 am-4:15 p.m.
