Blueprinting workshop: Create a blueprint to discover your priorities

We invite you to attend our August UW Design Community session to learn about service blueprinting with Maria Dahman and Laura Grady from the Center for User Experience. In this session, they will discuss the components of a blueprint and demonstrate how to build one, when and why you might use a blueprint, and how to make use of it once it’s developed. You’ll also have the chance to start your own blueprint!
