AOS Colloquium Series - Paquita Zuidema

Paquita Zuidema, atmospheric sciences professor and chair, University of Miami, will use data from recent field campaigns to address underlying processes for two regional boundary layer cloud regimes experiencing recent trends consistent with longer-term climate change: 1) smoke with subtropical stratocumulus over the southeast Atlantic, and, 2) the evolution of mixed-phase clouds within marine cold-air outbreaks.
