Recognizing Implicit Bias

What is implicit bias? How do we recognize our implicit biases and how do we respond to them in our communities? How can we hold ourselves accountable when we act on assumptions and biases and harm is knowingly or unknowingly committed? Our implicit bias workshop addresses all of these questions, as well as some foundational knowledge around social justice.
