Navigating Healthcare in the U.S.

 On October 24 in the Pyle Center, University Health Services (UHS) is partnering with International Student Services (ISS) to help international students understand the U.S. healthcare system. The event will start with a panel discussion where staff from UHS and the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) will answer questions about accessing medical, mental health and psychiatry in the U.S. Following the panel, UHS staff will host breakout tables to ask one-on-one questions. Whether you are a new international student just getting to know the system or have been here for a while and want to learn more about specific healthcare appointments, this event is a good fit for all. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
