LifeMatters and the Employee Assistance Office are offering this free virtual webinar, which teaches skills that can help participants slow down, get centered, and get focused. Participants will learn about control vs. letting go; the practice of mindfulness; conscious breathing; gentle stretching; and guided relaxation. Register online to receive the Zoom link.
