What is the point of distinguished lecturers coming to campus, and how can you get the most out of listening to one? Are you ready to listen to Michael Pollan at the Kohl Center? Would you like to hear a short summary of the Go Big Read book "In Defense of Food"? Join the CRC faculty director to address these questions and more. Small amounts of food and non-food, a la Pollan, will be provided.
