								Man-made climate change affects the environment in which we live and has a dramatic effect on our health. Inspired by the Wisconsin RISE initiative, this session will explore the possibilities and challenges of conducting research on climate change and health.  Dr. Allen will discuss the heat waves and cardiovascular risk in aging Black adults. Dr. Wendland will address floods and women's reproductive health in Malawi. Dr. Abadie will cover hurricanes and injection risk in rural Puerto Rico.
