Although change can happen quickly, our adaptation to it can be a slow process during which we go through many transitions. LifeMatters and the Employee Assistance Office are offering this free virtual webinar. Participants will learn how to understand workplace change and its impact on people; develop strategies to become more adaptable; and become a positive influence on the change process.
