Resilience is defined as "the ability to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions". It involves adapting to stressors while maintaining well-being. The current landscape for job seekers has changed dramatically this year. While we do not know the full extent and impact of new policies and directive on our work in career services, many students and clients are worried. Navigating will be unpredictable. Join our speakers who will help to prepare you for uncertainty in 2025.
