Part of the Library Adult Program, this talk features Michael Leckrone, former UW Marching Band Director, as he shares the evolution of “The Greatest Band in the Land.” He’ll discuss his leadership, the rise of the Fifth Quarter, and the Spring Band Concert’s journey from 400 fans to 35,000.
