Description
Join professional forester, Matt Carothers, of Superior Woodlands Company, for a special three part program about the practical application of science in the forest. First, learn the words that are used in the woods, from “stewardship” to “basal area.” Next, walk through the forest at Kemp Station and apply the language of forestry in this living laboratory. Finally, visit a nearby working forest and learn how the language of forestry applies in there. Sponsored by the Hamilton Roddis Foundation
