Lakeshore Nature Preserve Volunteer Opportunity

Learn about the natural world, meet new people or visit with old friends, get fresh air and exercise. Activities may include removing invasive plants, maintaining trails, planting, seed collecting, or more. Tools, gloves, training provided. Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Work is performed off-trail on uneven ground and requires bending and lifting. Groups and youth must contact the Volunteer Coordinator prior to the event. Canceled in case of steady precipitation or severe weather.
