UW-Madison’s Connection to WorldWise Microfinance

Tom Eggert, founder and President of WorldWise Microfinance, was trained as an attorney prior to teaching at UW Madison. He taught the first class on sustainability at UW Madison in 1994, and was instrumental in the development of a graduate certificate in sustainability and in the development of the Office of Sustainability. Prior to law school, Tom was a Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines, and following his 2 year assignment, traveled throughout SE Asia. Read more via the link below.
