The Richard B. Bernstein Lectureship

Ahmed H. Zewail, California Institute of Technology, is professor of chemistry and physics as well as the Director of the Center for Physical Biology. Zewail received the 1999 Nobel Prize for his development of the field of femtochemistry, making possible observation of phenomena on the timescale of atomic motion.
