Women’s Leadership

As a member of the leadership team at 4W Initiative-Women & Wellbeing in Wisconsin & the World Deborah Kaddu-Serwadda, provides strategic guidance, mentoring and coaching support to the Leadership Circle and the 4W programs. She is a Utilization-Focused Evaluator who specializes in using Evaluation Science in Social Movements and Higher Education to promote gender equality, the advancement of girls and women, and inclusive economic growth interventions for marginalized communities.
