Description
Bon Oum Tok is a Cambodian Water Festival that marks the end of Cambodia's rainy season. It coincides with the full mood of Buddhist month of Kadeuk, which brings good luck and an abundance of rice and fish harvests. For event, we'll over the history of Bon Oum Tok and creating recyclable boats to see whose boat can stay afloat on water! It'll be a fun way for all UW-Madison students to pay homage to the celebrations of Cambodian culture festivities celebrated outside of America
