Jonah Shaw, PhD candidate, CU Boulder, and honorary fellow, UW–Madison SSEC, will address challenges in comparing Earth System Models (ESMs) by introducing new methods for making such comparisons, developing tools that resolve definitional differences, and making use of new datasets that quantify observational uncertainty.
