Nuclear energy has seen growing support over the last decade, due largely to its role as a low-carbon dispatchable source of electricity.
Professor Paul Wilson will examine the history of nuclear energy since the turn of the century, delve into the reasons for the current attention, and outline some of the technology developments that may be deployed in the next generation of nuclear technology.
