Jordan Award recipient, Dorothy Lsoto, a PhD candidate at the Nelson Institute, will share research carried out using an urban network of low-cost air-quality sensors, historical maps, machine-learning methods, and statistical tests with findings on how racially segregated neighborhoods for Europeans, Asians, and African British under colonial public-health guidance in Kampala, Uganda continues to produce environmental health inequalities today.
