This presentation will examine which multilingual learners are identified for Talented and Gifted programs and how access to advanced coursework varies after identification. Using statewide longitudinal data from Oregon and a multilevel, intersectional analytic approach, the study documents uneven patterns of course access among multilingual learners labeled as gifted.
