All are welcome at 12th Annual Breaking the Silence: Addressing Dementia in High-Risk Populations hosted by Wisconsin Alzheimer's Institute. The theme is Know Your Numbers – Centering Black Men’s Health and Wellness PART 2. Featuring a resource fair, breakfast, keynote speakers, and a Amazing Grace Chorus® performance.
