Description

In this two-part virtual workshop, you'll learn how bias is a necessary part of how the brain functions — and how it can lead us to act in ways that don't reflect our values. You'll also learn research-backed strategies to interrupt bias and help build a fair, inclusive workplace.

Participants must attend both sessions to complete the workshop.

  • Session 1: Wednesday, April 1, from 10am to noon
  • Session 2: Wednesday, April 8, from 10am to noon

This workshop is offered by the Office of Community, Climate & Engagement (CCE) as part of the 2026 Org Culture Workshop series for DoIT staff. This event will not be recorded.
