All students are invited to join the MENA Heritage Month Planning Collective for a “MENA-ful” community service event where attendees will pack pantry staples and cleaning supplies for local refugee families. MENA Heritage Month is partnering with the non-profit Hanan Relief Group to distribute these essential items to 75 families in the Milwaukee area. With a special focus on the women in these families, attendees will pack separate hygiene bags. Participants will also have the opportunity to write personal messages of support and encouragement.
