WUD World Wide: Smith Step Squad (SSS)

The Smith Step Squad formed in the fall of 2025 with a group of Housefellows and a dream of making their way onto the big stage using step, a percussive dance medium that has deep roots in the African-American community, specifically with historically Black fraternities and sororities, and is inspired by African culture. Drawing from the experiences of a stellar student in the UW-Nursing program, this performance will be a dramatic representation of a day in the life of a hospital employee.
