Welcome to Stars, Stripes & Shorelines Live Music & Family Fun We cannot wait to host you on the Terrace for the 4th of July at Stars, Stripes & Shorelines! We are excited to celebrate America's 250th with all of our community members. In partnership with The Edgewater we have an absolutely electric lineup in both locations.  9:30-10:30 AM Free yoga on the Terrace with Dragonfly Hot Yoga. Please bring your own mat/towel & water. 4–5:30 PM Scott Damgaard performs on the UW Credit Union Summer Stage 5–8 PM Reflective Mobiles at the Terrace Art Zone 6–6:30 PM Mad-City Ski Team performance 7–10 PM Brett Newski and the Bad Inventions with the Fellow Travelers performs on the UW Credit Union Summer Stage Brett Newski and the Bad Inventions with the Fellow Travelers will continue to preform after the fireworks. Frances Street For additional information on parking and other lots in the area please click here You can always get live updates on how many spots are available here Event Update: While fireworks will not take place on July 4, the newly named Stars, Stripes & Shorelines celebration (formerly called Bucky-n-Booms) will continue with nine free events along the shores of Lake Mendota at the Memorial Union Terrace and The Edgewater, including live music, free art activities, family-friendly entertainment and a water ski performance. We look forward to welcoming you to a celebration of America's 250th anniversary.
