Make & Mingle: Fall Fabric Kinusaiga

Join Wheelhouse Studios for a cozy afternoon of making and mingling, and celebrate the beauty of fall! Create your own fabric imagery inspired by Wisconsin's autumn colors with the Japanese-inspired art of kinusaiga. Mix different textiles to create a unique, no-sew collage. Our staff will demonstrate kinusaiga techniques throughout the experience so you can feel free to personalize your design and make it your own. Whether you're an experienced artist or just getting into fiber art for the first time, no artistic experience is necessary! This event is open to ages 12 and up. Participants aged 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult. Coffee and assorted tea included.
