The goal of LSCD is to expose our students and postdocs to a wide range of possibilities, build connections with outside institutions, and ultimately strengthen the STEM workforce. A broad range of careers will be represented at LSCD. While our format is flexible, we anticipate having speakers describe their career paths, representatives educating our students and postdocs about their institutions, and workshops to discuss specific topics.
