Synchrotron Radiation Center Open House

The public is invited to the Synchrotron Radiation Center 2009 Open House. In addition to science activities and presentations, a one-hour tour of the facility will be offered that will include an introductory talk focused on the science of light sources and will include stops along the storage ring to hear from researchers about how they use synchrotron light for their work. This event is most appropriate for middle school-aged visitors on up.
