I will give an overview of how computing resources are organized on campus and provide a more detailed comparison of the computing resources listed on our website (https://bioinformatics.bact.wisc.edu/computing-resources/). I will give some specific biology-related examples to show why a researcher might want to use one vs. another, or a combination of them. Finally, I’ll remind you of how you can get help from us to use these options as part of your research project.
