During our recent kick-off events, setting goals and aligning vision was identified as the topic of most interest to our community. This event will provide the opportunity for us to hear from and share with colleagues on several aspects of this topic:
- Successful experiences setting goals and aligning vision with collaborators.
- Approaches or frameworks helpful for collaborating on vision and goals.
- Lessons learned that have helped you more successfully set goals and align vision with collaborators.
