Description
In this workshop, participants will engage in activities examining different decision-making models. Discussions will include decision-making best practices, mediating conflict, delegation, and participative leadership strategies.
The Wisconsin Leadership Education and Development (WI-LEAD) Workshop series help student leaders build sustainable organizations by developing skills using the UW–Madison Leadership Framework. All WI-LEAD Workshops are RSO Accreditation approved events.
