World Cinema Day

World Cinema Day is a half-day event that brings high school students and teachers to the Orpheum Theatre for the screening of a high-quality international film and discussion. This event is free, and there is no limit to the number of students a high school may bring, though advance registration (by April 7) is required. Sponsored by Global Studies, the Wisconsin Film Festival and the Global Film Initiative.
