Public forum featuring presentations by 15 seniors from a Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies capstone course who have explored the potential ramifications of free-market approaches to the management of several environmental problems in Wisconsin: invasive species (specifically, emerald ash borers and Asian carp), manure on small dairy farms and household garbage.
