Description
You’re introduced to stretches from yoga, t’ai chi, qi’gong, and martial arts, as well as newer techniques such as facilitated stretching and active isolated stretching. Also learn core- and leg-strengthening exercises derived from dance, yoga, Pilates, Nickolaus technique and martial arts. We also examine breathing, relaxation and mental focus.
