								This traveling exhibit comes to Ebling Library from the National Library of Medicine and the the Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History and Culture in Baltimore.The journey of the African American physician from pre-Civil War to modern day America has been challenging. In photographs and evocative text, the exhibit panels chronicles the journey. Individuals like Alexa I. Canady and Charles Drew are portrayed. Check web site for events.
