Description
This is the first of the two lectures given by Prof. Michael Lowy, emeritus research director at the National Center for Scientific Research and lecturer at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences in Paris. Lowy is the author of more than 200 articles and book chapters as well as numerous books. His works have been translated into 29 languages.
