Material Transfer Agreements

Issues relating to receipt of materials for research purposes will be discussed. Because the provider and universities have different missions and goals, Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) terms often must be negotiated to accommodate the needs of both parties. We will discuss the process for establishing an MTA, and terms in MTAs that may conflict with laws or university policies.
